Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Delays
Lucasnoah&more is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and product. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

International Orders
International customers may be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with their order.
